I was born in Cheyenne WY March 27, 1965 at Cheyenne Memorial Hospital. I think my birth mother was young and not married. I also believe that her family farmed in or around the area. I stayed in the hospital for 3 months. The nurses named me Ruth or Ruthan. I had red hair. I was adopted through the State of Wyoming by a family that lived in Laramie. The social workers name was Mrs. Nelly. My adoptive mother picked me up in Cheyenne and brought me back to Laramie when I was 3 months old. The adoption was final when I was about a year old. |
