I am the adoptee born on 6/24/64 in Columbus, Ohio. I was adopted later in 1966. I may have lived with my biological mother and/or father for a little while and then was put up for adoption at approximately 1 1/2 years old. I BELIEVE my adopted parents are either the last name Blackman or Douglas. My physical description: green/hazel eyes, dark brown hair, 5'9, average build, high intelligence. Foster mother wrote a note to my adopted mother stating that they did not know the exact date of my birth or anything about me up to that point, although my birthdate was discovered later to be 6/24/64. The attorney doing the adoption was Bob Brown (now deceased). Adoptive parents are Gladys and Richard Lively of Livingston Ave., in Columbus, Ohio. |
