I am looking for my daughter's grandparents or any other birth family member. My ex-husband was adopted in Cincinnati, Ohio in 1969-1970. James (name given by adopted parents) was born March 1, 1969, from what I have been told he was premature. He was in Hamilton County foster care until he was 11 months old. At the time of the adoption, his adopted parents believe that his mother was in college but aren't sure where. The foster family wanted to adopt him but were not allowed. Jim and Donna Price were his parents, he also had three older sisters. James had blonde hair and blue eyes. From what we were told his parents were high school students at the time of his birth but the mother was in college at the time his adoption papers were signed. It is extremely important that I find his birth family because of medical problems with my daughter.
