I was born November 20, 1977 at Bethesda hospital in Zanesville, OH. To my knowledge, my birthmother was 19 at the time and wanted me to go to a good home and to be provided for more than she could at the time. I was born early due to 'premature rupture of the membrane' (as it states on my papers). There was a last name of Hart on the paper, but i am not sure as to who that would be. My mothers maiden name may also have been Gorman. It also stated my birth mother had curly brown hair (as do i) brown eyes (as do i) and was 5 foot 3 inches tall (also as am i). She has talent in painting and drawing and the birth father did not help in any of the planning for me.
