Russell I was born 2/20/1973 in Lexington, Ky. Handed over by my birth mother (who was 16 at the time) to a couple named Rose and Robert Fields. I was adopted 10 years later. My birth mother's name was 'Candy' Russell and she was supposedly from Hazard or Perry County Ky. She claimed her father was a minister at that time. I was raised as an only child.
