Looking for my Birth Parents. I was born in the Altoona, Pa/Blair County Area 08/25/1953, and adopted at age 5 months by Wilbur and Irene Baskin from Muncy, Pa/Lycoming County. Was told Family and Childrens Services of Blair County coordinated the adoption. I was told that my mother was from a wealthy family in that area and my father was a twin and served in Korea. I have twins, a boy and a girl.
