I would like to please find Birth Mother or Birth Father or Siblings or any information I can. My name at birth (October 11, 1955) was Maryann Madeline Wood and I was born in Los Angeles, CA. The adoption was handled by Holy Family. My adopted name is Cheryl Anne Jarvis (now Roach). My birth mother was an adopted child herself, born in Philadelphia (?), 20 years old, blond hair, green eyes. She did not list a father's name on the birth certificate but he was protestant.
