The family says Larry James was adopted by James and Helen Condon althought this time is before the adoption movement. Larry James is not found with the Condon's in the 1920 or 1930 Census. His listed father, Andrew, born May 1883 is listed as an Austrian alian first, then Yugoslavian who speaks Croatian, Census 1900 Mich.,1910 Utah & 1930 Minnesota appears to be married to Veronica with a separate family. Larry may also have a brother named Casimer A. Ratkoviak, both men relocated from Michigan to Southern Calif. Help in unraveling the circumstances, who are his parents and relatives?
