I am a manager of an elderly/disabled apartment complex in Leitchfield, ky. One of my tenants, mildred mudd says she gave up a daughter in feb. of 1976 and would like to know if you would help her find this daughter. She gave her up due to financial reasons and father was killed shortly after conception. I hope you can help me find this daughter for her. The mother's name then was Mildred Salts, The child was born in feb.21st of 1976. at university hospital in jacksonville, Fla. father was not mentioned on birth certificate.
