I am searching from my birth parents. I was born Baby Lightner in Danville, IL on March 6, 1970 in what was then called Lakeview Hospital. My non-identifying biographical inforamtion stated that my mother was 16 at time fo my birth, and y father was an 18-year old waiter in a Danville restaurant. Through some research, I have a possible name of Vicki Jean Lightner, but that is not confirmed. My mother was 5'6", blonde and blue eyed. My father was 6'1" and dark haired.
