I am searching for my birth parents. I do not know their names. I was born in Washington County Hospital, Hagerstown, Maryland on February 5, 1967. I was then placed with Washington County Welfare Board where I was later adopted. The case # for the adoption was 778. The adoption was handled by C. Welles Little, Attorney at Law in Hagerstown, MD. This is the only information I have. In regards to my physical appearance, I am 6'2, 210 lbs. I have blond hair and hazel eyes.
