I am doing this search for my husband; William F Franklin; he was born in January 1968 to Joanne Franklin and William (Bill) Francis Anderson in Montgomery? Maryland. His parents were very young at the time, they did eventually marry and divorce and then he was ultimately adopted by his grandparents (Franklin's) in April 1975 and moved to Minnesota; I am searching for another son <half-brother>(believed to also be named William Francis Anderson, Jr.) and any other children Bill Anderson had after 1968. He did remarry, but we do not know when or to whom. We also believe Bill may have passed away in the late 1990's??? My husband's father also has all the baby and childhood photos of him growing up and we would enjoy seeing them- we have none.
