Looking for birth mother or biological grandmother. I am baby girl born at Rutland Regional Hospital on August 21, 1973. I know that birth mother lost her father when she was about a year old. She was in high school when I was born and thanks to her mother she saw the pregnancy through. I am aware that biological father moved to FL. around the time I was born. I also know that her OB-GYN was Dr. Wollins who arranged the placement with my parents. I know that she was 5'2" with brown hair and had a shy personality. She surrendered her rights in Oct. 1974 in the Rutland District Court.
