I was born 3/06/1947 in Crow Wing county. My real name is John Allen Nawrocki. St. Joseph Orphanage in Wabasha Minnesota became my guardian and I was adopted out from there on 5/18/49 at the age of 2 years. I do not know what age I was when I was taken to the orphanage. I am looking for my birth parent(s)so I may learn my family health history and I would like to know if I have any siblings. I have blonde, balding hair and blue eyes. I had an overbite that was repaired when I was younger.
