Im looking for Kenneth Edward Williams Jr. Also known as Junior. The Father of Jessica and Larry. Larry born in Texas 1982,Jessica born in Des Moines Iowa,1985. He would beat on her almost daily. The childrens father was having a sexual affair with his own step sister,Ruth. The mother caught them, having sex in the family garage. He had several sexual affairs. The violence was out of control in him. The childrens mother was always covered with body and facial bruises, but she always made accuses, like, she fell down stairs carrying laundry, she fell on the ice and bumped her face on the ground, with two blacks eyes, a fat lip, bruises around her neck and arms, we all knew what and who was causing them. But back in those days, the childrens father was crazy, and no one would say anything to him about it. His step father was good friends with the Des Moines Police Dept, and it was always swept under the carpet, every one just turned their heads, and no one could or would do anything. This young mother of these 2 children, sufered and was beat almost daily, and nothing was ever done. Till she had enough.She finally told her nieghbor,Pauline Oline, she had to leave,because someone was going to die int that house and it was'nt going to be her, and or her children. He treated his wife so bad, she took her children and left,with the clothes on their backs, Jessica was and is a diabetic, she was only 8 years old, but the mother did the best she could, but every time the childrens father found out where she and the children were,he would wreck her car, beat her so bad, she would be un reconizable at times, he would shoot at her, break into her and the childrens apt, and cut up all their clothing, break things, the mother worked 2 full time jobs to raise these children, but C.P.S got wind of the danger this mother and her two children were in, and instaed of locking the dangerous, unpredictable father up, C.P.S in Des Moines, Iowa, took her children away. This woman fought for 3 years to get her children back, the boy was almost 12, and the little girl just turned 9 at the time, and this mother did every thing the courts ask of her, she did parenting classes, even recieved cerificates of complettion and certificates of health and nuitrition to prove she could take care of them, that was'nt good enough to satisfy the Judge, Karla J. Fultz in Des Moines Iowa, This young mother was forced by the Judge to go to couseling, she did and recieved cerificates of completion, She was also forced to do random urine test for drugs, and always passed the drug test that were given to her. She was court ordered to go to Mental evaluations, she did and always passed without problems, but still the Judge Karla J. Fultz refused to return the children to her. The children were ordered to go and live with strangers in foster care, and the courts promised to keep the children together, but they were not, they were placed not only in seperate foster homes, but in different counties, these children and their mother were very close, The mother was allowed visits to the children at the foster homes of her children, then about a year into it all, the father floowed the mother to the foster homes and started trouble, and the mother was automaticley, ordered to stop seeing her children because of dangerous situations, again, instaed of locking the father up, the mother and children were seperated for good in 1997. The father had a good attorney, and the money to pay for it, Scott Soble was his attorney, and the mother had to have a court appointed attorney, that never did anything at all for her,Nancey Pietz was her court ordered attorney, the mother was aloowed to say and do nothing during court hearings. The mother was ordered to stay away from the children till they turned 18, because as Judge Karla J.Fultz put it, the children were in serious danger of harm. This young mother was forced to tay away from her own children, and the father, never even recieved a warning to stay away and leave her alone. And the father never stopped harrassing and hurting her, so, since she lost all custody and visitation, she moved to be near her own family that lived in Texas. The boy is now 23, the little girl is almost 20 I think, and the boy accuses his mother of giving up, and he accuses her of not trying to get them back. The little girl has often communications with the mother, the mother is trying so hard, since she lives in Texas, she cannot afford to go to Iowa to see them, so they write and call. The father was found with a large amount of cash and meth, in him, and was sentenced to 4 years, he served about 3 years and was released on probation. He still uses drugs and still lives the life he did when he was arrested. But, now he tells the children that the mother is the one that caused it all, He tells the children, their mother moved to Texas, and the boy is convinced that his mother gave up and went away. The childrens father and his parents tell these kids that the mother was the one that was dangerous, the mother has no criminal record, not even a speeding ticket, till this day, the father, theirs drugs, assault,resisting arrest, and more, but his parents are also convincing these children that the other was the one that gave up. And that just breaks my heart, because I know the truth. These children deserve the truth. His family sure are'nt going to tell them the truth. I just pray to GOD, that one day, they find out the truth.
