Searching for birth parent of male child, Scott Michael Ryan, born in Muscatine, Iowa or it could have been Davenport, Iowa January 27, 1973 at 6:04 pm at Mercy Hospital, either Muscatine or Davenport Iowa. Scott was told that he was given up at birth to a Catholic organization that adopted him out to Patrick & Linda Eads of Clinton, Iowa.
