I am searching for my sister's birthparents. My sister's name after her adoption was Koy Vee Chappell. She was supposedly born 9/19/68 at Hermann Hospital in Houston, TX. She was born approx 4 weeks premature. I believe she weighed around 5 lbs when she was born. All of the other family members that would have any information have all died. They took that information with them to the grave. We believe that our other sister, Vada Kay Chappell Gilbreath, may have been her biological mother or possibly even LaVada Smothers Chappell, the mother that raised us. All of this is just speculation, though. I can tell you, though, that my sister looks just like our birthmother. She could have easily been born to our mother, or Kay. Either which is possible.
