Searching for Juanita Elizabeth Hinkley. I am not sure of adopted name. She should have been adopted in Oklahoma. Her mothers name is Georgia and father Bishop. We think she was adopted in Wagoner or Tulsa but not sure. Her birth date is June 11, 1982. She would probably have brown hair and maybe about 5 feet 6 inches tall or so. You (Juanita) have one brother and two sisters. Your brothers name is James Jason.
