In Colorado in 1933, a young woman named Frances Bernice Burns (Farrell) with a husband named Daniel David or David D. Farrell), had a daughter-the Birth Certificate says Porter Hospital in Denver.? . The story goes: Daniel Darwin "Dar" Harsh and his wife Irene Meddings Harsh helped the young woman/or gave her a job or a place to stay, etc.. The young woman had stayed with a man and woman named Gus and Effie Brown prior to her stay with the Harshes, of whom were living in 1st ave. area of Greeley, CO. at the time. The Harshes had 4 boys: J.D., Leo (Bud),Kenneth and Daniel. The child was Called Barbara Lou Harsh by the Harsh family, but she also has a birth cert. that says Barbara Jean Farrell. She has a sister that was names Jacquiline Patricia Farrell in 1936, and a brother that was named Paul David Farrell born in CA. in 1939 and he died in 1996 in Santa Maria, CA.. His wife, Toyoko died in 2001 in Santa Maria and he also has a son named John Paul Farrell that was born in CA..
