We are the biological father & stepmother of a baby girl with the birth name Keyana Keilissa Parker. She was born in Sioux City, Iowa in Oct 1995. Her biological fathers name is Keith A. Bailey and her stepmother is Melissa A. Bailey. I lost rights to you in 2000 when you were five years old. We just want you to know that we love you and a day does not go by that we don't think of you. We have pictures up in our house from when you were 5 and will keep them up until we get updated pictures someday! (we hope) We just want you to know if you ever come looking you do have a family that misses you and wants you in our lives!! We have been living in Winter Springs, Florida since 2002.
