I am Heather Ann, my birth certificate says I was Born Heather Ann Jackson.I was adopted by Theresa and Steven Browning after a couple of years of foster parenting. I know I was born in Maricopa county hospital, possibly by a Annette Marie last name unknown as I have several names. (Jackson, Grill, Others that I can not remember. I have little information other than being in Maricopa County Hospital on 12/13/1977, but would love to know my heritage.
