I'm interested in finding my birth parents and/or siblings. I was born at Natrona County Hospital in Casper, WY in November of 1981. My best guess is that the adoption occurred in either Casper or Kemmerer, WY. My adopted name is Jason Mower. My adopted parents are Bruce and Donna Joan Mower of Kemmerer, WY. The only other information I have is that, allegedly, I have a biological sister roughly 13 months older than I (who, again allegedly, stayed with my birth family).
