I am searching for my birth mom. I was told she was 15 when I was born and a ward of the state. I was put in foster care then was adopted. My Birthdate is March 19, 1975 in Indanapolis, Indiana or possibly Jasper, IN and I believe my birth name was Maria. I was in the foster care system then my parents got me at 2 and then my biological mother tried to regain custody of me when she became legal age. The courts denied it.
