I am searching for my Birthmother. Her name at the time of my birth was Patricia Ann Murphy. She was born in Louisiana around 1940-1941. She was a Caucasion female, High School Graduate and 19 at the time of my birth. She relinquished her rights to Catholic Charities of Dallas on or around 12-5-1960. I was born in Dallas 12-2-1960. The name on my original birth certificate is Baby Boy Murphy. I was born at St Paul's hospital on Northhaven in Dallas, TX. the Lawyer who signed my adoption papers was John A Erhard. (deceased 1979) I would also like to find information about my birthfather. the only info I have is he was a caucasion male and completed 2 years of high school. If anyone knows this person PLEASE contact me. I have hit a brick wall!
