I was born 11-27-1974 at St. Francis Prebysterian Hospital in Dallas,TX. My adoption was through a church and private law firm in Texas. My natural mother signed the hospital discharge papers very clearly and neatly with the name Elisabeth (yes with an s, not a z) Jean Abernathy. I have my adopted mother's notes that describe more about her and her family. One tidbit is her mother or grandmother was a shoolteacher in texas. My natural mother was in her teens or very early twentys. Her present age would be fifty years old give or take a couple of years. I would like to find her and find out who she and my father were/are. As well as knowing my family tree, medical history, and etc.. |
