I am searching for my fiances sister. All I know is her first name is Stacy and she was born to Cindy Vetter on September 27 1982.It was an open adoption but Cindy only got a few letters and a few pictures. Cindy did write a letter telling Stacy why she gave her up. She was born in North Dakota. I would like to find her to see if she wants to meet her biological mother. Cindy wants to know Stacy but doesn't want to find her because she is afraid Stacy doesn't want to be found. In the picture, Cindy is the one with dark brown hair and looking towards the left in the skirt and bare footed.
