I am helping my step father locate his birth parents. We do not have very much information, but I will list all that we know... My stepdad was born in Litchfield County, CT on or about March 7,1963. We think that it was a state handled adoption. He was told that his birth mother's father may have been a Carpenter who came over from Germany, and that his birth father was Italian and self employed. His birth mother may have been 17 years old at the time of the birth. My stepdad was 2 months old when he was adopted.
