Looking for birth mother and father. I was born as baby girl Higdon on 2/4/1968 in Montgomery County, Dayton, Ohio. I received unidentifying information via the Montgomery County Childrens Service in Dayton which described my birth mother as 29 in age at time I was delivered. I found out that her maiden name was MATTHEWS via some research I performed on my own. My father was in the Navy and worked with computers.
