I am searching for my step son's birth mother. My step son was born in Seoul Korea on March 8, 1989. His birth surname was Jung, his first name Junior. He is bi-racial. His birth mother was/is Korean, his birth father was/is black. We believe that his father may have been military. We really know nothing more. Note:his birth mother provided a picture of Junior Jung in traditional Korean dress.
