I am looking for birth mother and or siblings in Louisiana.I was born 4/25/56 in Shreveport ,La.,and placed with the state for adoption at birth.I have been told my mother's name was Irma or Emma Jean Litton Mooney,but this I have no way of verifying.She would be in her seventies or early eighties.I was also told that she had other children older than me.I do not know her husband's name.I understand he was not my father,hence adoption.
