Looking for more details of the birth parents of Nellie May (Mary) Dixon born 30 June 1909. Birth certificate shows mother as Nellie Sulivan and father as Michael Sullivan. Do not know whether the different surname spellings is factual or a clerical error. Place of birth was 31 Osborne Road, Erdington, Birmingham UK Soon after birth Nellie was 'adopted' by William and Sarah Dixon. She did not know she was not a natural daughter of the Dixons' until she was in her late teens
