I am looking for my birth family. My birth mother's name was: Susan Diane Sutcliffe. I was born May 5, 1988 in the St. Catharines General Hospital in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada. My birth name was Sarah Diane Sutcliffe. I would have two twin half brothers 10 years older than I and a half sister 11 years older. On my birth father's side I would have a half sister 4 years older and a half sister 2 1/2 years older and a half sibling (sex unknown) born in October 1987, six months older than I. I do not know my birth father's name. Maureen Patterson was the social worker.
