I was adopted through the Welland County Court in late 1955 or early 1956. I was born in Dunville on 22 Jan 1951. I have checked the Hosp and Childrens Aid in Dunnville who have no record of birth of a male child named Ross on that date. Hosp files were destroyed in fire. I only would like to know my ancestry as this has always been something that I feel I should know. My adoptive parents were given no info at that time only that I was Protestant and had no siblings. Any help would be appreciated. Adoption was handled by the Fort Erie Clerk Mr. Jepson at that time.
