I am looking for any information on my birthparents and birthfamily. I was born on April 12, 1970 at St. Vincent's Hospital in Bridgeport, CT. The adoption agency was Catholic Family Services. I have brown hair and eyes. I believe my background is Hispanic. CFS told me my birthparents were from Puerto Rico. Birthmother was 26 and a secretary and the time of birth. Birthfather was 34 and married to someone else at the time. Adoption date was June 12, 1970. Decree date July 29, 1971. Dr. who delivered me was Dr. Walter S.
