We are looking for information about Richard Halpin (born approximately 1920, most likely near Limerick), who immigrated to the United States most likely in his 20's and died in a car accident in approximately 1946, most likely in New York area. He had a son, Peter, (born in the US) who was two when Richard died. Richard was married to a woman from England. She died a few years after Richard, and son, Peter, was adopted by Dunning family. Richard is believed to have been from Limerick and would now be about 85 or so, had he lived.
