I am an adopted son looking for my birth mom. I was born Aug 1, 1973 with the given name Matthew Leon De... (only had two letters of last name to go with). Born with lung/resperatory problems. I was 3 months old when adopted out through the Children's Aid Society. I was told my birth mom did live at home with her parents and birth father was unknown.
