Looking for Birth mother. She was 15 when pregnant with me. She was an only child. Birth father was 34. They are from Konova W.V. I was born 12-4-1964. Mother was sent to Cleveland, Ohio to receive care at ST. Anns Hospital from Sept. 64 until my birth. Surrender date was 3-3-1965. From some info that was sent to me in response to this posting there is a good chance that my birth mothers name was either Kimball or Wilson.
