Searching for, Birth Mother, I was born 10/16/1953, in New Orleans. I was given up to a couple in a private adoption. I was told that Dr. Rougelot was the Dr. that delivered me. Also, I heard my mother had another baby girl about 3 years later, and also gave her up, thru a legal adoption. Both of my adoptive parents have passed away, but someone did tell me that they thought my adoptive father was my Father. Also, I have been asked by several people if I had a sister, in the Jefferson Parish Area and also Baton Rouge area. I would also be great to find that I do have a sister.
