I am searching for birthparents. I was adopted at birth, May 08,1961. I was born in leesburg Fl. My birthmother was from the Carribean and of Dutch descent. I believe her name is Rosalie Lejuez. My father was American possibly of Greek Descent. He may have been from the Northeast US. They were living in the Carribean,in their early twenties,and become romantically involved resulting in my birthmothers pregnancy.They went to my adopted aunt in Trinidad to arrange for my adoption. She was a nurse who worked in family planning. She actually arranged for me to be adopted by her own younger sister and brother in law who were unable to have their own biological children. They were Americans who lived in the Panama Canal Zone at that time. My actual birth took place ,as previously stated in Leesburg,Fl. This information was related to me by my aunt when I was in my early twenties. My birthmothers name and my birthname (the Baby Lejuez) were on my adoption papers.
